Budget Skills That Actually Stick

We've spent years watching people struggle with money advice that sounds good but doesn't work in real life. Our programs focus on building habits that fit your actual routine, not someone else's ideal.

Three Paths Forward

Foundation Track

Perfect if you're starting from scratch or recovering from setbacks. We cover emergency funds, basic tracking, and dealing with debt without judgment. Most people finish in 8 weeks, though some take longer.

Building Track

You've got the basics down but want to push further. Investment fundamentals, property considerations, and balancing today's life with future planning. Runs for 12 weeks starting September 2025.

Independent Study

Work through materials on your schedule with monthly check-ins. Same content, different pace. Good for shift workers or parents juggling unpredictable schedules.

Real Progress From Real People

These aren't dramatic transformations or miracle stories. Just steady improvement from folks who put in the work.

Fiona Blackwood sharing her financial journey

Fiona Blackwood

Hospitality Manager

I'd been living paycheck to paycheck for years and honestly thought that was just how it worked in hospitality. The program didn't promise miracles, which I appreciated. Six months in, I've got three months of expenses saved and actually understand where my money goes. Still working on the investment stuff, but having that buffer changes everything.

Henrik Lindgren discussing his budget transformation

Henrik Lindgren

Warehouse Supervisor

I joined after my divorce left me completely lost financially. Started with Foundation Track in early 2024 and moved to Building Track last autumn. What helped most was learning that setbacks are normal. Had a car repair wipe out my emergency fund in month three, but I knew how to rebuild it. That's the real skill.

Neve Fitzpatrick explaining her financial progress

Neve Fitzpatrick

Freelance Designer

Irregular income was my nightmare. Some months were great, others terrible, and I never knew how to plan. The program taught me to work with averages and build different types of buffers. Not gonna lie, it took me nearly a year to really get it. But now I can handle the feast-famine cycle without panic.

What You'll Actually Learn

We've stripped out the theory that sounds impressive but doesn't help. What's left is practical stuff that works when life gets messy.

Reality Check Module

Most budgets fail because they're based on fantasy. We start by tracking actual spending for two weeks without changing anything. It's uncomfortable but necessary. Then we build your system around what you actually do, not what you wish you did.

Weeks 1-2

Safety Net Construction

Emergency funds sound boring until you need one. We help you figure out the right size for your situation and build it gradually. No shame if you can only save twenty dollars a week. That's still progress, and it compounds faster than you'd think.

Weeks 3-5

Debt Strategy Workshop

Debt isn't a moral failing. It's a mathematical problem with emotional components. We look at interest rates, minimum payments, and psychological wins. Sometimes the "wrong" payoff strategy is right for you because it keeps you motivated.

Weeks 6-8

Growth Foundations

Once you've got stability, we introduce basic investment concepts. Index funds, super contributions, property considerations. Nothing fancy or high-risk. Just building wealth slowly while still living your life.

Weeks 9-12
